License Agreement

 

This agreement forms the basis for permission to operate the Datafeed Management System produced by Backdoor Investments Ltd Reg # 04470133

You are permitted to install ONE version of the management software; to be known as the Management Website. You are permitted to install as many versions of the receiving software for the Receiving Website as you wish.

Operational note: All Receiving Websites MAY be on the same server as the Management Website.

You are not permitted to distribute the software to third parties without the express written permission of Backdoor Investments Ltd.

Unauthorised duplication of the software or unauthorised use of part or all of our software; for example remaking our software into a new software package incorporating part or all of our software, shall constitute theft of our intellectual property.

This software comprises two component parts; the Management Website software and the Receiving Website software. You are licensed to only make use of this software if you use both parts.

Web developers and others wishing to enhance the product and incorporate it into their own product are reminded that the product is the intellectual property of Backdoor Investments Ltd and that any alteration, adjustment or modification to the software provided may only be done so with the express written permission of Backdoor Investments Ltd. Backdoor Investments Ltd reserves the right to receive a royalty payment for use of its software in any other development.

The purchaser of this software is authorised to use the software for the purpose for which it was created. The purchaser is authorised to adjust the display layout of all websites the purchaser creates by adjusting the display page settings.

The purchaser indemnifies Backdoor Investments Ltd against all claim for loss or damage to their equipment, software and commercial activity and agrees to make use of this software at their own risk.
